Bicycle Hub and Wheelset Warranty Policy

           Thank you for choosing NOVATEC and its affiliated brands' bicycle hubs and wheels.
           To protect your rights, we offer the following warranty service starting from the original date of purchase:

 Warranty Period

             We offer a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

✅ Coverage

          Under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement for the following issues:

• Material defects (e.g. cracks, breaks)

• Manufacturing defects (e.g. assembly errors)

• Malfunctions caused by non-human factors

❌ Exclusions

          The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. bearing wear, spoke loosening)

• Improper installation, maintenance, or modifications

• Use beyond intended purpose (e.g. racing, extreme riding)

• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, water, or other external forces

• Lack of proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Required for Warranty Claims

• Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice)

• Photos and description of the damaged part

• Brief explanation of usage (riding frequency, terrain, etc.)

Warranty Service

          Upon inspection by our authorized service personnel, we will offer one of the following:

• Free repair

• Replacement with the same or equivalent part (if the original part is discontinued)

• If repair or replacement is not possible, a discount on a new product may be offered

Additional Notes

• Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

• Final interpretation of warranty terms belongs to the company
